This mortgage calculator is for fixed interest loans.  It will calculate 15, 20, and 30 year loans.  While this is fun to play and can give you a "ballpark" as to what you are looking for on a payment.  Different loans will offer different rates of interest plus you will need to figure in a insurance, taxes, and sometime PMI (private mortgage insurance).
