Internet marketing has become the hub of marketing for buyers and getting your property sold.  Yates has joined our team and that's ALL he does.  We didn't need another realtor at this point, we needed an online marketing specialist.

If you would like to sell your house yourself - let us help you.  Yes, you can sell your house yourself.  Put your marketing plan together and contact you team of professionals that you will need.  But what if you don't have all that?

Why would we do that?  - Well if you decide later to use a realtor, we would hope that you would consider us.  Simple!

CAUTION:  If you are needing to do a Short Sale (you owe more than it is worth) please consult we us first.  A short sale transaction is not for many homeowners - even many realtors send us their short sale transactions because they know they don't have enough knowledge.
